3. I`ve stayed at this Intercontiental before and the concierge staff are excellent, the rooms fine and also the location if you have a car, however they accomodate pre-cruise tourists Saturdays nights so the hotel is crowded and the Sunday morning breakfast is a total fiasco.

7. The concierge was so helpful in organising a trip to the Everglades and organised dinner for us at The Blue Door at the Delano hotel - a real must - especially with the exchange rate at present, and at Touch - another fabulous boutique style restaurant on South Beach.
