Here is my breakdown:location- not bad, about 15-20 minutes to downtown, we did not run into any traffic, so it did not seem too long a drive; 4.5 out of 5 starslobby- very nice and contemporary; 5 out of 5 starsStaff- very friendly; 5 out of 5 starsroom- a little outdated and nothing spectacular, clean nonetheless; 3 out of 5 starsrestaurant (ate there for breakfast)- again, nothing spectacular, but also not bad in any sense of the word, staff again very friendly- 4 out of 5 starspool and spa- looked alright but we did not have any time to use itWhat else can I say, if I were to be in Memphis again and get this unbelievable deal on this hotel again (more than 50%off their hilton.
