1. There is free street parking in the back of the hotel.

2. ~ Breakfast across the street (not MacD's) is good and inexpensive~ Also, you can see the HI sign from the street but be aware that the main entrance is beside the MacDonald's on La Cienega Blvd.

3. There's an icemachine outside that comes in handy, also a burritoshop just across the street, with fairly good burritos, if you wanna experience Mexican food when you're in the city of Angels.

5. There is a McDonald's right next to the property and an AM/PM as well, both of which you can get to very quickly without crossing any streets or dealing with traffic.

6. If you don't want in-out priviledges, then you can park across the street for $6.95 everytime you want to leave.

8. Parking is $15 while there is ample public parking on the street right behind it (No Parking on Thursdays from Noon to 2 PM due to street cleaning).
