6. I told them I had asked for an 8:30 am wake-up call and it didn't make any sense for them to start calling guests at 8 am when some people are still asleep AND the fact that check-out time isn't until 12 pm.

7. I have never - repeat - NEVER encountered a hotel's check-out policy to this degree.

8. So after being woken up already, I try to go back to sleep and can't so I just pack my stuff and go downstairs to check-out.
