Check was fine, easy enough, we requested for late check out which we were told it was extra 50$ & it will be til 5pm, but when we decided to take up the offer the next day, it went up by 10$ & 1 hr less, so if you want to late check out double check the prices & time, its like the stock market.

6. It's hard to strike a balance between value and luxury, but if the Custom continues to deliver comfortable accommodations with a wide set of amenities at a decent price, I'll be back.

7. The price was fantastic, about $115 for a king room and for another $30 or so I received a late check-out of 8:00 p.m.; perfect for red-eye flights back to the East Coast.
