1. Check was fine, easy enough, we requested for late check out which we were told it was extra 50$ & it will be til 5pm, but when we decided to take up the offer the next day, it went up by 10$ & 1 hr less, so if you want to late check out double check the prices & time, its like the stock market.

4. the staff was friendly and helpful, though the check in line was longer than i like and in the morning the line to check out was very long, There was only one overwhelmed staff at that time.

5. although we park our car on the parking space for Ralph's Grocery store which is just next door to the Custom Hotel, we did that for 2nights that we stayed there, and our car seems fine, safe area, we have an early flight for New York so we stay in Custom Hotel and check out at 4am.

6. We didn't get a chance to check out the restaurant because it closed early the night we tried to go, but the menu looked great.
