1. Positives; close to the getty, ucla, good service( gave us free wine :) clean rooms, nice pool area, comfy beds.

8. What I do need to tell you is that the customer service was second to none (better than much more highly rated hotels), the staff, especially Chris, in our case could not have been more helpful and with the free shuttle service our limited time there was used wisely.
