The property is a bit dated but I don't stay at hotels to cook my own food (heck, I'm on holiday!) so didn't use the kitchen - though imagine this would be a real positive for people travelling with a family etc.Breakfast very good, great bonus to find a guest laundry (the one thing you can't escape on an extended trip is the washing.
