1. The manager and receptionist were friendly and helpful, the room (directly looking onto the beach near the pier) was smallish but well designed and very comfortable, the location was superb and the free wifi worked well.

4. I should add that Greg, the owner/manager was also very welcoming and gave out really comprehensive information to make sure my stay was as pleasurable as possible.

6. The manager himself seemed to be a nice bloke, but I again have to agree that being right on the beach is not sufficient for offering good value - I would have paid more for staying a block or two off the coast in a really good hotel.

9. What a lovely Hotel,very comfortable and had everything we needed, Greg(Hotel Manager) was awesome and very helpful,providing maps to get around,advising us where to eat and even taking me and my 2 boys on a bike ride to Santa Monica.
