2. The manager and receptionist were friendly and helpful, the room (directly looking onto the beach near the pier) was smallish but well designed and very comfortable, the location was superb and the free wifi worked well.

3. directly on the beach and looking the sea , this is a wonderful location to whom may spend a weekend in Venice because to a walk distance from all, restaurants and bars, Sata Monica pier is just 3 miles away .

10. Overall it felt like the owner thought that the location would be enough to satisfy most people, so they wouldn't notice the decor, but to us it felt grotty and like they couldn't be bothered to maintain the rooms.
