3. Fabulous location on the beachfront with delightful roof terrace, incredibly friendly and helpful staff (particularly manager Greg), competitive rates (especially since we had a jacuzzi bath tub) and clean, light, well decorated rooms (if slightly small).

5. The price was very reasonable for the great location, right along the ocean front bike/pedestrian paths and steps away from the ocean itself, but far enough away from the really loud part of Venice`s beachfront to be tranquil and lovely.
