1. When my (now) husband inquired about an upgrade to a room with a view of the water, we were given a room in a building that had completed renovations that day, so we were in a fantastic 2 level room with a view of the water, by ourselves, at no extra charge.

3. Get a Horbor View room or better there are some sub-par room locations and outlooks, walk across the street to the local "Two Friends" restaurant for superior and less expensive breakfast, lunch and dinners.

7. We were with family so we had 2 Harbor View Rooms and I won't compain about the price since we spent a great deal of time on our Balcony just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views and boats going by.
