4. Noise from the outside was not a problem, even though the opposing hotel's nightspot on the pier was close enough that I could hear the party from my deck.

5. The only problem was they were doing construction on the old sun deck and it was very noisy at the beach during the week since they worked from about 10am to 5pm.
