1. HOWEVER we lost our credit card's the 1st night we were there and when we realized the next morning and went to the front desk for HELP we were met with total non-professional service, the clerk was more involved in her conversation about her personal life with a uninterested fellow employee than helping us.

2. We stayed the weekend between two hurricanes/tropical storms, I spoke with Pier House front desk at least 5 times, about cancellation/rescheduling polices , they were always pleasant and very helpful.

9. Our only problem was more noise than we expected at night due to a small lounge that is placed among some the rooms, but when we asked the front desk if they could move us to a quieter room, they took care of it, including moving our luggage for us.

10. the rooms were clean but I was promised a ocean view room I got put on the first floor by the dumpster and bike rentals and spoke with the front desk they said the hotel was full.
