1. The only 'con' I can think of is the hotel's distance from downtown; plan on 15-20 minutes to drive there and find a place to park.

2. Just one word of warning we had a ticket to park in the Hotel carpark and when we checked out and tried to leave, the carpark ticket machine tried to charge us, its free for hotel guests.

3. We also liked the fact that there was a $10 flat rate daily charge to park, No Valet, which was a big plus for us, since we like knowing where our car is and knowing that it is right there waiting on us whenever we need it.

4. Don`t drive you have to pay to park everywhere!) in our electric car and always ended up back at The Hyatt on Front Street because we wanted too.
