3. Obviously matching the South Beach style with water gardens, turtle sanctuary, modern baths with lots of glass, low lighting and soft 'spa' music.

4. It is newly refurbished, the room was wonderful very cosmopolitan, and the bathroom was amazing, huge shower, no bath though and twin basins.

5. We had to call and have them come multiple times, after being out of the room for half the day, and also had to have them bring new soap, because they didn't replenish the bath soap when we ran out.
