1. Choice of bathing areas, a lovely area with turtle pools near reception, free parking, we would go back here for sure.

4. The only 'con' I can think of is the hotel's distance from downtown; plan on 15-20 minutes to drive there and find a place to park.

7. Just one word of warning we had a ticket to park in the Hotel carpark and when we checked out and tried to leave, the carpark ticket machine tried to charge us, its free for hotel guests.

8. Parking for the day was $10.00 but even after checking out we were able to leave our car there until we were ready to leave Key West.

9. At checkout, I asked about them not charging me the $10 parking fee (a total of $30) because of the inconvenience of the broken elevator, they wouldn`t do it.

10. We also liked the fact that there was a $10 flat rate daily charge to park, No Valet, which was a big plus for us, since we like knowing where our car is and knowing that it is right there waiting on us whenever we need it.
