4. Lots of niggles: the patio door runner was bent and very noisy to open; housekeeping was below average with toiletries not replaced, bed not properly made etc .

5. I am used to splurging on resorts so I`m used to top notched smiles from everyone who works at the hotel3) The room`s patio is ridiculously small on most rooms, unless you get the suite.
