5. Though the hotel did a good job of linking our two reservations (we were using points from two separate accounts) before we arrived, it seemed the person at check-in never understand what was going on so there was confusion with getting our room cleaned mid-way through our stay as room service thought we were checking out so they would not refresh our room.

9. They don`t have a spa or a gift shop or a business center or after hours room service or a mini bar.

10. Hotel has serious service issues from bellman, check in, housekeeping, room service, cafe people etc. The issues were raised with the front office and only your experience will tell if they took root.
