1. The valet guys were also very nice, although we did not use valet parking.

2. Without prompting, she found me a more accommodating room and though it wasn't ready at the moment, Jimy (valet) was more than helpful in storing my family's luggage until we returned later (and being patient as we rifled through our bags for last minute items).
