2. if you go check in on the pm shift - be sure to say 'hey' to aisha at the front desk- she is the sweetest person there - genuinely cordial and seems sincerely happy to see every guest!the parking valet offered to carry my stuff in, although its technically not his job; he was pleased to help.

5. This includes free parking pass, round trip on the water taxi for 2, 2 drinks at the bar, continental breakfast for 2 (eggs, bacon etc.) I called the day before to confirm the reservations and that it was indeed still the Fireworks Package.

7. Old, and out dated, no fridge, no umbrellas at pool, bed way too soft, $10 charge for parking and the parking was not secure, also charged to use the business center, no breakfastMy biggest disappointment was that when we checked in they gave us a room with a horrible view of wall.

10. Check in was quick, the valet guy nicely explained the self parking to us (get a code from him, the $10 parking is charged to your room), and our room was clean, the ac worked great, and the beds were VERY comfortable.
