1. We did except her offer to have room service deliver chocolate covered strawberries and bottled water to the room that night.

I like to start with the pros, so here they are:- Free internet in all rooms- The bed was very comfortable- Room service was pretty good and was delivered quickly- The location is nice, and there are 2 very nice restaurants within walking distance - Morton's and Chart House- Within walking distance of the monorail- The bar area is nice and the bartender was friendlyNow for the cons.

From the cheerful wait staff in the restaurant, to the front desk staff who managed a few corporate card billing difficulties and helpfully arranged airport transportation, to the friendly maids and very polite server delivering prompt room service (which was nicely presented and not too untasty as far as typical room service fare goes).

8. Used our beach towels and travel blanket as linen, after being denied room service because there was 'no staff there' or clean linen that we could change ourselves; I'm so sure 'Eric' can recal this conversation well.
