1. The room itself was spacious with a king bed, work desk, work chair (with outlets and lab tables), wardrobe, closet, and safe.

2. As other reviews stated, place is older and needs to be renovated - Rooms lack proper lighting, older A/C in windows, older model TV and not many stations, no CNBC, bathroom size is for very small person, closet size so small does not let clothes hang freely - butts against the door.
