1. they even sent an employee upstairs at 6am to make sure i was up as i was worried about missing ( or not hearing ) my wake-up call, they knew how awfully imperative it was for me to not miss it and seemed glad to accomodate this needSHOWER IS AWESOME!enclosed glass and the bathroom vanity ROCKS .

2. This hotel renovations and upgrades are just great and we loved our room there was nothing wrong with it the bed was great and the bathroom was just as great and as for bug problems there are none.

3. The bathroom was also clean but the tub did show some signs of age and their was random light switch in the sink area served no purpose as it turned on nothing but was there to be flipped up and down--go figure.

So, I am assuming that it was baecause of my email inquiry (I sent them my reservation number when I emailed)The suite was very nice, clean, air was cold and quiet, a nice big leather couch and 2 leather chairs, desk, and wet bar, 2 bathrooms were clean and the bed was a sealy perfect sleeper which was awesome.

9. I`m not sure if all rooms are like this, but it seemed like our bathroom had a dropped ceiling, and the shower curtain rod was about 3 inches from the ceiling and no light in the shower area.
