4. We had the clean pool all to ourselves for a couple of hours and it was great, no high clorine, very clean, plenty towels, etc. We had dinner that evening at Ruth's Chris and here is where the evening became magical.

Good points - Awesome views, balcony, convenient location, friendly staff, the beds are soooooo comfortable at Crowne Plaza and that was true here, internet is free (but unsecure)Bad points - first use of toilet and it overflowed, my husband used the towels to keep it from going into the room, called for maintenance and new towels (we just arrived and all needed to shower before attending the event we were in town for).

9. Only thing was no fridge in the room and the maid kept taking our towels to wash ever day even though they were hanging up which I thought was environmentally bad.

10. Old 27" TV's (which now I note are missing in the picutres online so that you don't see what you are getting ahead of time), old green tacky bathroom tiles and wallpaper, gaps in the plumbing valves and handles were broken, scratches all over the face of the bathroom vanity,old worn out towels and a lack of premium toiletries for this price point, only one useable electrical outlet in the room which I needed for the laptop, the iron, the cellphone chargers, etc. The room definately needs more outlets which are not hidden behind the bed and therefore not useable.
