1. Definitely was dated but we thought our rate was very reasonable; if it had been newly renovated I'm sure the rate would have been much higher.

Totally clueless on anything asked about:ordering breakfast off menu during buffet, paying for your room with cash, finding my reservation on the computer AFTER I had been staying at the hotel for 2 days and given them my last name and room number, getting the correct rate after telling them 3 days in a row and giving them a written e-mail confirmation.

7. We stayed here three nights for the price of $270.00 pernight which was supposed to be a great rate that was booked several months in advance.

8. Also, I was told by the front desk in the morning that my rate didn't include breakfast, when my rate actually was higher than the rate that included breakfast.
