Wallpaper coming off walls, lots of cigarette burns in carpet on balcony and the comforts of home (lotions, creamer for coffee, hair dryer) were not there - you could call and ask for some amenities but they didn't indicate what they were referring to e.g. more shampoo or an actual bottle of lotion (they had shampoo, conditioner, coffee, sugar and a stir stick)I love Crowne Plaza but this is not one I would stay at again.
