4. Everything was clean, bed was nice and soft, bathroom was new-ish, complementary wifi was great (better and faster than the internet I have at home), shuttle to the Medical Center was convenient and great, and they have an awesome business center with computers and a printer.

5. There is now complimentary wireless internet, new beds, new furniture in the rooms, landscaping that is attractive, security fences around the property and many more improvements to come.
