1. Upon arrival the lobby was very nice and check-in, although lengthy, was relatively organized for the volume of people visiting.

I entered the lobby with my luggage, the bellman offered no assistance, and waited at the front desk for 15 minutes, she was checking in a party ahead of me that quite did not understand that you have to pay before you stay and then she carried on a personal conversation on the phone when it was my turn to check in.
