1. We definitley got hte feeling that the hotel was understaffed, and the hotel cared more about charging fees ($10/person charge & $20/parking) than taking care of their customers.

7. The staff was very accommodating, including a free shuttle which took us back and forth from the hospital~saving us on parking fees.

8. Upon check in, we had to request a special parking pass & keep it in our car for the duration of our stay in order to avoid the $20 parking/per day fee.
