My daughter's suite appeared nice, however had a strong sour stench noticeable upon opening the door, thought maybe it was from cleaning and would improve when we returned from dinner, it was still very overpowering and we notified the manager who told us that she could send houskeeping to deodorize or move her to another floor, my daughter opted to see if deodorizing would help first and then move if not.

3. I asked to speak to manager and repeated the above story to her and requested another room, she offered me one beside our friends with the fan, whose room was no cooler either and I asked for a different wing/location, and was put beside my son's suite.
