The
balcony
areas were just as hot as the general lobby, upon entering our rooms we found them even hotter, the thermostats were reading between 78-80 degrees but we were all sweating, it felt much hotter.

Upon our arrival, fast check in was noted, the hotel had an open lobby atrium area in the middle of its 10 floor open

area.
