1. Check in was easy, hotel was very clean, stayed on the 2nd floor with a view of the pool and a small balcony.

2. The balcony areas were just as hot as the general lobby, upon entering our rooms we found them even hotter, the thermostats were reading between 78-80 degrees but we were all sweating, it felt much hotter.

3. Upon our arrival, fast check in was noted, the hotel had an open lobby atrium area in the middle of its 10 floor open balcony area.
