NO SECURITY at all, front desk allowed Security Company and Flood company and unknown males and females entrance to are rooms, was forced out of rooms, had to wait in lobby till contractor and flooring people completed there assemant of water damage, went to front desk , asked no begged for help, front desk people, acted unfriendly unkind, said it was not there problem, i state you gave master keys to non CROWN PLAZA employee's and allowed them to enter are rooms randomly, we had no protection at all, was afraid, security guards drinking in lobby, late at nite , i think it was nightmare, never will i stay there again .
