3. Walking distance to Methodist, Texas Children`s, MD AndersonThe staff was friendly (I`d rate it above average), and many areas of the hotel (lobby, etc.) are nicely renovated.

7. After staying four night we were informed we would have to pay a higher rate to continue staying, so in the midst of caring for sick loved ones we were forced to move to another hotel or pay a higher price.

8. They have a friendly, caring staff, special medical rate of $69.00, which includes a voucher for breakfast buffet, a free shuttle service, they clean your room everyday, and also have evening snacks of cookies and chocolate dipped strawberries.

9. When I arrived, because no regular rooms were available, they had booked us into one of their major executive suites, at about three times the regular room rate (but a very fair rate for the major executive suite).
