The Executive lounge was poorly attended during the day-for over 2 hours the coffee service was not replenished-reported by numerous clients to the front desk with no response- apparently when the breakfast is served on another floor there is no staff to monitor the lounge-as reported by the food manager when he returned my call.

10. The highest three floors are 'Concierge' floors, which provide breakfast and other 'complimentary' food but these Concierge Rooms cost extra, so for us not having this worked out OK since we dined out at some pretty nice Houston area restaurants.
