1. We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the Houston Zoo and reasonable price.

4. The garage was under construction so we had quite a walk thru Methodist Hospital for self parking but we didn't need in/out privileges so $9 on weekdays and half price on weekends was better than paying for valet.

8. Since I was paying the same price as other guests, why was I treated in such a shabby manner which reminds me of traveling alone back in the 70's and 80's.

9. After staying four night we were informed we would have to pay a higher rate to continue staying, so in the midst of caring for sick loved ones we were forced to move to another hotel or pay a higher price.

10. I travel for business so I'm willing to pay the outrageous 12.95 a day for the wired, but at that price I should at least have wireless access.
