3. The location of the hotel is good for the Galleria, a 10-15 minute drive, and has good selection of restaurants across the road (such as the Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks and a Thai).

6. I came to Houston for a conference and the hotel was very helpful in making sure that I got there on time and the driver gave me his card allowing to contact him when I was ready to be picked up -- the service is exceptional.
