3. com and front desk we finally agreed to the standard room on the condition we would get the same stuff the excutive level got (which is only a bath robe and free breakfast the rooms are all the same so the manager said) and plus we would get refunded the diffrence (which we had to threaten hotels.

5. The cleaning crew will rearrange your desk, unplug your laptop adaptors and cell phone chargers, take your soap and shampoo out of the shower and rearrange all your toletries on the bath room counter they way THEY WANT THEM.
