1. I has come here right from the Hyatt Downtown Houston, also booked through priceline, where they had given me a choice of rooms and I was able to choose the 26th floor.

2. The hotel was in a convenient location, easy to get to Rice Village, Galleria, downtown, etc. The only negative is that when we called (twice) about a problem with the deadbolt we were told it would be repaired but it never was.
