1. The service at the front desk is very pleasant, although the issues I mention previously weren't resolved while I was there, it was more the fault of an aging building which needs updating.

5. when we got to the hotel we noticed it need cleaning on the outside badly, there was mildew on the windows and the paint was peeling, which didn`t bothered me and my wife cause we where tired after a early morning flight also there was a musty smell I guess from the hotel being old, when we got to the front desk everything went great with one exception they gave us a standard room when we had booked a excutive room, after about 2hrs of griping with hotels.

6. I mentioned this to the front desk three days in a row, but it made no difference and I ended up turning the air conditioning off at night so I could actually sleep.

8. I spoke with a front desk worker at the hotel and he immediately alerted the housekeeping department who then questioned if perhaps I was having an allergic reaction to a detergent.

10. The level of service is first class, from John and his team on the front desk, to all the folks in the restaurant and housekeeping, they go out of their way to make you welcome and take care of your needs.
