1. The location is great if you have business Downtown and there are a number of nice restaurants nearby (I like 'Ibiza' a lot).

6. In the lobby, there is a FedEx Office shop, an Einstein Brothers coffee shop, a bar, and 2 restaurants-Shulas and Spindletop-both very good.

7. I will say that the staff in the hotel and other departments, restaurants, etc all showcase the Hyatt signature standards of providing an excellent customer experience.

10. Location of the hotel is good- easy access to the metro rail line and several good bars and restaurants within walking distance- not the closest to the ballpark but we always felt safe.
