3. Electrical Outlets didn't work; very high humidity in room; temperature control not great; water pressure in sink very low; impossible to negotiate a proper hot-cold mix; no coffee to make, and then Guest Services suggested I track down housekeeping, rather than offering to take care of it for me; cigarette smoke permeated the entire common area; front desk could not suggest a location for a quick breakfast.

4. I was also awankened at 8:30 on the day of check out by housekeeping- I realize its their job to clean the rooms ASAP for the next guest to check in but 8:30 am?really.

6. After two sweltering nights trying to sleep in 75 degrees, and after repeated requests to engineering to lower the A/C and to housekeeping to get me a fan, I changed rooms to one down the hallway.
