1. Front desk service is poor, the beds are terrible, the TV channels are sparse, the restaurants in the hotel are average at best (but at first class prices).

5. Would think that a reputable hotel chain would include wifi in the price of the room (not cheap) and make bottled water available at a reasonable price to it's patrons.
