2. We had to do a lot of commuting between the hotel and Texas Medical Center and the hotel's complementary shuttle to the Med Center was sadly unreliable for this.

5. The shuttle can drop you to the mall but it is hardly available, you cannot reserve it and sometime you have to wait 20-30 min and the mall is hardly 3 min away.

This is the second time we were staying at this Hotel the first time we stayed in it was in mid of renovations so it was quiet noisy in morning with all the construction going on so this time i was looking forward staying here to see the renovated hotelProsThis hotel is very close to the best Mall in Houston + lus all the good restaurants and the hotel provide you shuttle to the Mall as well.
