1. They have a small lounge on the 26th floor, for breakfast and some fingerfood and softdrinks with a paid for bar in the evening.

2. Upon turning on the shower we discovered that the drain was completely clogged with hair and would barely drain, which filled up the tub with dirty water, and in the entire bathroom the 'upgraded bath products' consisted of 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner and 1 bar of soap.

3. They also have a Wii system in their lobby bar area that kids can play while the adults socialize and wind down after a day of Galleria shopping.

5. There was a long hanging bar and shelf unit right outside the bathroom, so we used that to stow our toiletries.

6. This under sizing problem was quite apparent our first night when the hotel hosted a large Middle Eastern wedding and the 2nd floor restaurant area that included the bar was wall-to-wall, elbow-your-way-through, packed.
