9. we enjoyed the spa and the pool area very nice for a down town hotel , but not to be compared to a resort ,, we had an issue at breakfast at the restauran Quattro , we arrived for a late breakfast and our waiter was arguing with other waiter and when we mentined that the a/c was too hot in this area he just mentioned that for him was ok , i think he was tired and not in a good mood , the supervisor changed us for another attendant and later sent us a apology note and some nice tartes .
