1. All of the staff members at Four Seasons, particularly the drivers of the complimentary car service, were lovely.

4. When they knew I wasn't feeling well, they sent up complimentary DVD's and ROOM SERVICE (chicken noodle soup, hot tea, honey, biscotti and a hand written card saying they hoped I felt better).

8. Hotel was very nice, staff friendly helpful etc. Room not as clean as it could be and for some reason no coffee making facilities (had to request more coffee each day) Complimentary car anywhere downtown, nice touch.
