1. They provide them child size robes/slippers, welcome amenity, special kid shampoo/toiletry basket to making frozen grapes for the girls at the pool in the middle of November.

9. This particular hotel in Houston is in the middle level between all the Four Seasons Hotels, mainly because the building is old (although well-kept) and the amenities are limited (only one restaurant), but still provides high class service.
