8. one is that there are no chairs or lounges in the lobby area, which is qiute large from the front desk to the casino and there is no place to sit, if you are waiting to check in or if you come out of the casino and are waiting for someone there is no place to sit and there is plenty of room for some sofas or chairs, the other thig is the lack of coffee makers in the room almost every hotel has a coffee maker in the room and unless you order room service or go to the Starbucks on the other end of the casino you can`t get a cup of coffee, I would think that a hotel of that size and reputation and with the money they are most obviously taking in they could offer a free coffer bar in the lobby in the mornings where you could grab a cup.
