1. When I returned from a 10 day intl trip, I found that I would owe $350 on the non-hotel parking, rather than the complimentary parking I thought I was getting with my room (which I would have, if I'd driven straight to the Westin's front door, not followed signs into the parking garage valet).

2. The Park and Stay rate includes 10 days valet parking, we left our car in a warm, safe, secure parking lot and the car was parked and then brought to us in a matter of minutes.
